So today in 1st hour ( social studies ) I was talking to my friend Anna while I was working on my research project and I was getting really thirsty and yesterday in Science we learned that di-hydrogen-oxide is a fancy name for water. So me and Anna were chatting normally and I was like "Do you have any water left in your bottle, I am so thirsty right now." She didn't have any so she tells me to ask the teacher ( Mr. Woodring ) to go get a drink, but of course she said I should ask him for some di-hydrogen-oxide. I raise my hand and she gets her phone out and everything and then the teacher calls on me and I asked him "Can I get a drink of di-hydrogen-oxide?" and he gave me that look. I like to call it the "um" look. The look where you know the person is saying um in their head and it looks like they want to slowly back away from you.
So he gave me that look and Anna is dying along with Amanda, Katie, Rachel, Cameron and everyone else who knows what di-hydrogen-oxide is, but Mr. Woodring is no science teacher so he had no clue what I was talking about and probably thought I needed mental help. But then the fun ended when he asked what it was a Anja told him it was just water.
So that was my day. Nothing else of interest happened except when I meant to say Super Secret Ninjas I ended up saying Supa Seca Sinja and Anna was laughing at that all day along with the comment I said at the volleyball game when my school's team scored about the other team, "I applaud your failure." Because in volleyball ( in case you don't already know ) when the other team fails you get a point.
So yeah....
So he gave me that look and Anna is dying along with Amanda, Katie, Rachel, Cameron and everyone else who knows what di-hydrogen-oxide is, but Mr. Woodring is no science teacher so he had no clue what I was talking about and probably thought I needed mental help. But then the fun ended when he asked what it was a Anja told him it was just water.
So that was my day. Nothing else of interest happened except when I meant to say Super Secret Ninjas I ended up saying Supa Seca Sinja and Anna was laughing at that all day along with the comment I said at the volleyball game when my school's team scored about the other team, "I applaud your failure." Because in volleyball ( in case you don't already know ) when the other team fails you get a point.

So don't you hate it when you have a friend who's a boy and people assume that you're dating them. WELL THAT'S WHAT HAPPENED TO ME! Grr! My FRIEND Reed said hi to me in the hallway like any normal friend, and some little idiot starts saying that we're a couple WHICH WE ARE NOT! And then he started following me to my science room singing "Emma and Reed sittin' in a tree!" ( I sure you know the rest ). People are so stereotypical about stuff like that! Just because I'm a girl doesn't mean that I'm dating any of my friends that happen to be boys!

So guess what! I HAVE THE MOST AMAZING NEWS EVER ( well at least for me it's totally awesome ) !!!!!
This news is so awesome I almost exploded! LITERALLY! I am so excited I could actually be a nice person for a while instead of my violent, obsessive, compulsive, OCD self.
SO DO YOU WANT TO HEAR THE NEWS? THAT ANSWER IS YES!
*Drum roll*
I MIGHT GO TO FRANCE AS A FOREIGN EXCHANGE STUDENT FOR A SEMESTER!
No I know most people would think "Okay whatever. France. Cool. Have a nice trip." But if you're my friend, which you probably are if you're reading this, then you would ( probably ) know that I love France the country and French the language and I totally want to be bilingual ( which I kind of am ) and I would LOVE to spend a semester abroad (although, my new town is so different from home that I kind already am, but whatever ) and, WHO DOESN'T WANT TO GO TO ANOTHER COUNTRY! I mean, you get to experience another culture and eat new food ( like fancy cheese and baggets ) and meet new people! I am so happy about this and it's not even official yet! I already texted Cori about this but she didn't respond in like twelve seconds and this news is so incredible for me that I got overly impatient ( not like I'm not already like that ) so I had to post this on the internet and tell the world how flipping happy I am right now!
I should probably stop now due to how insane I'm going about this with my over use of parenthesis and exclamation points and fully capitalized words. Btw, if you're reading this and you're my friend, nothing is official yet. This is all just an idea that can definitely become possible. All I need to do is research and save some money, figure out how all of this kind of stuff works and next year or two years from now, I could be in Paris or Chamoix or some other city in France having a two hour lunch ( because yes in France schools have two hour lunches, they even get to go home or go to a cafe or something ) with a bunch of French people, talking in French and eating fancy cheeses on gigantically long loafs of bread! Be excited for me, my body is not physically capable of containing this much joy!

Feeling: AWESOME!!!!
MY COMPUTER IS FIXED!!!! YES!! WOHHHHH! YEAH! YAY! HAPPY HAPPY JOY JOY!!! I HAVE AN OFFICIALLY OPERATING LAPTOP!!! Not having a working laptop to me is like not having an arm or a foot! If I had kids and one of them was being held at gun point and somebody else had a gun against my laptop, with all of my writing and doodles and other crap, I think you can guess who I would save.
I COMPUTER NOW BEACHES! I AM SO HAPPY I COULD DIE!
I'VE HAD THIS LAPTOP FOR ALMOST FIVE YEARS! AND THEN IT JUST CRASHES ON ME!
BUT NOW IT'S FIXED!
YES!
(Sorry about my rant, but I think you can tell that I'm pretty psyched to have my computer back)
